has the Alcove at Ridgecrest in Molino; The Oaks, Pine Crest,
Kinnari and Amandala Village in Carmona; Montefaro West, Montefaro
Village, Summit at Ridgecrest, Avignon Place, Chesapeake Village,
Windsor Mansion, Las Verandas Villas, Primarosa North and

24-hour security, clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court
and open areas for picnic and other outdoor family activities.
The prices of the townhouses and the single
