Job Summary:

• Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling the activities of the branch to attain overall objectives and targets set by Management.
• Responsible for compliance by the Branch with all Bank policies and procedures as well as BSP and all other applicable government rules and regulations.
• Responsible for promoting and implementing the service standards set by the management to meet expectations of clients.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 8 years banking experience preferably in the branch
• Has the ability to identify business opportunities and formulate marketing strategies to generate deposit and fee based income
• Requires knowledge and understanding of marketing and selling principles and practices.
• Has the ability to identify, render judgment and resolve problems
• Possesses strong work ethics and high level of maturity and integrity
• Has ability to manage diverse behaviors and attitudes of subordinate
• With high degree of interpersonal and communication skills
• Graduate of any business-related course
