Job Summary:

• Project Leader ensures the delivery of efficient, maintainable and quality application systems that address the defined business requirements.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate
• Must have at least 5 years IT related experience: 1 year as Project Lead, 2 years as Systems Analyst and 2 years as a Programmer
• Must have sufficient systems analysis and design skills, programming skills, database administration skills and problem/change management skills
• Must have good written and oral communication skills, excellent coordination skills and must be highly customer oriented
• Must have good interpersonal skills such as motivation, coaching, and harnessing the core values of the Bank
• Must also possess adequate user management skills
• Knowledgeable in MS SQL is preferred
