In compliance with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Circular No. 485, we are implementing changes in the bank's service charge policy for accounts falling below the minimum maintaining deposit balance requirements as follows:
- For active savings and checking accounts, a service fee shall be collected only if the monthly ADB falls below the minimum required for two consecutive months. However, such service fee shall cover the two months that these accounts failed to comply with the minimum monthly ADB
- For dormant savings and checking accounts, a service fee shall be collected every month that the accounts' monthly ADB falls below the minimum required
The new service charges and fees shall be posted in the lobbies of our branches for your ready reference

All the changes in UCPB's fees and service charges will take effect on February 1, 2006.
On April 1, 2006, there will be
new required Minimum Monthly ADB (MADB) on deposits.
