Interbranch
transactions refer to deposits, withdrawal or
fund transfer transactions made in a branch
that is not the maintaining branch of the account
where the funds are to be deposited or withdrawn.
An
interbranch transaction is considered as Local
when the transacting branch has the same telephone
area code as that of the maintaining branch.
When the maintaining branch is outside of the
transacting branch's telephone area code, the
interbranch transaction is considered as Regional.
